We were very impressed with the time and effort Richard's team spent helping us buy a property in St. George when we only had one weekend to look since we live in Salt Lake. They are very knowledgeable and informed about the St. George market. Each time we contacted them regarding the building of our new townhome, they responded immediately with the requested information. They provided photo updates during the building process and promptly resolved problems to our satisfaction. Their follow up is exceptional, and they have continued to keep in touch. We would highly recommend Richard to anyone looking to purchase real estate in the St. George area.

We had a very positive experience. Our transaction was complex due to a variety of factors and Richard's team made sure all parties involved were well informed. Our buyers had several personal issues unrelated to the home towards the end of the closing process which required some sensitive negotiations. They calmly and confidently communicated with both the buyers and other parties involved. They worked hard and made sure the transaction closed after several issues related to the buyers almost caused the transaction to fall apart.

Richard's team was the best agency that we have ever worked with hands down! We came to him with a laundry list of wants/needs. We also had many homes we'd found online we wanted to see. He took the time to show us each of these homes, but he also didn't stop searching on his own. His hard work paid off for us! We used Rich to buy a home in Ivins, UT. At the time, we lived in the Los Angeles area, so we needed a 'foot on the ground' to locate the perfect retirement home for us. We visited the St. George UT area before, and fell in love with the majestic beauty, but we were still living and working in Los Angeles. Rich was very helpful. He sent us new listings, and even potential listings (before they went on the market). I saw a listing on the internet, and asked Rich to check it out for us. He inspected the property, and called me back and said, "BUY IT NOW! IT'S BEAUTIFUL, AND JUST WHAT YOU WANT!!!" We haven't even seen it yet!!! He said it will go FAST, and to buy it NOW NOW NOW!!! So, trusting Rich, we put an offer in on the house we haven't even seen yet! He said we can always change our mind in a few days without penalty, but that will lock us in so we don't lose the property. We drove to Utah that weekend, and fell in love with the house. It was as Rich said... everything we wanted in a home. The offer needed some minor adjustments, and Rich saw that these were handled and were accepted. Rich handled all the paperwork, located a loan officer for us, and everything!! We closed on time, and did it all remotely from Los Angeles. We are now living in the home, and still love it. I heartily recommend Rich as a realtor. He goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy, and get what you want. He understands that this is YOUR HOME, and it must meet your needs. Our son is currently using his expertise to purchase a condo nearby!
